Chase Online Down: Chase online banking service was down for much of the day Tuesday. The chase bank announced that it stems from a technical problem and it was possible to solve it.

The service of chase bank went down Monday night, which could affect its 16.5 million online customers of the chase bank. Chase Bankspokesman Thomas Kelly could not specify the exact time of service was disrupted.

The Chase Bank is compatible with all clients who have deadlines to pay online bill they could not respond because of the blackout, said Kelly. He also urged customers to use the Chase Bank telephone banking, which functioned normally, as its 15,500 ATMs.
